Big size and cosy room with a clean bathroom and central heating, a multi-channel television, and a dining area. Amazing view of the lake from the window. Particularly good and excellent position on the west shore of the lake, in the beautiful area. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Zamzam Well...

Excellent services, very good Wi-Fi. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good bathroom and a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dining area in the room. Amiable and extremely friendly staff on reception and elsewhere. Location near a bus stop and a tree-covered mountain and the beautiful lake and the lake and mountains.

Hotel was well-maintained and modern, I truly enjoyed the stay.

The room was exceptionally clean and cosy and the facilities included a safe, central heating, and a work desk. It boasted great views to the lake. The location was marvellous and perfect, to castle!

I was disappointed by the hotel for the following reasons. 1- The double bed is sofa type. It was not mentioned clearly in the web site description. 2- The pictures in the web site are misleading. It shows 5 star duplex. It is only small room with elevated ceiling and t single beds on top and one sofa bed in bottom. 3- The kitchen was closed. When we asked the reception to open it they told us this is an option which cost 15 euro a day.

Close to route to alps

Cold room even when we put heating on full blast. Kitchen lacked equipment. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable - head went down hill. No extra bed for third child even though requested. Expensive.

Very small room, very few facilities, noise from the busy road

The breakfast here offers a variety of delicious options, and the central location is convenient, being close to the beach, cycle track, several good restaurants within a 15-minute walk.

The location of the hotel

The wi-fi connection was not working - the sofa bed was not good for adults, indeed the mattress was bending towards the head side and it was difficult to sleep.

Open terrace, nice view to the Lake of Annecy and the mountain. Good location.

Great Location: The hotel is nestled in a modern residential tourist resort with rural charm on Lake Annecy in the French Alps, offering breathtaking views. It's like staying in a picture-perfect postcard.

Unsafe Stairs: The duplex apartment has steep and dangerous stairs, which is a concern if you have young children.

Hotel was ok for one night stopover and had kitchen facilities.

It was pouring rain from arrival time till morning. We were on a stopover on trip round France to Nice and Lake Annecy area looked really lovely but the weather spoilt it. This was no reflection on the hotel which if the weather was OK the hotel would have appeared much better.

The kitchen facilities, not far from Annecy, view of the lake. Hotel staff is nice. Price is very reasonable.

Road nearby is noisy, but we had no problem sleeping at night with open windows.
